When should I order ?
For custom clothing, it will take us around 20 working days to tailor your clothing. Shipping time will differ according to the shipping method you choose.We suggest you to place your order 1 months prior, By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.
For stock clothing,it will take us around 3 days to process your clothing.Shipping time will differ according to the shipping method you choose.We suggest you to place your order 15 days prior.

Is the clothing same as the image at your site ?
We make the clothing totally according to pictures on the website, the finished clothing will be 95% like the clothing.
Please note that one clothing will looks different under different colors, lighting and occasions, even the same clothing will show different effection when different people wear it on because of different sizes and shapes of people.

How do I know which size I am?
Please click the link below to check which size is suitable for you. We suggest you to choose your size when you place the order, in this situation we need your own measurments, the clothing will be made only for you and fit you perfectly. What’s more, custome made is FOR FREE!

What if the clothing I ordered is the wrong size?
After you placed the oder, our customer service will check your measurements carefully before starting the production. If they are unnormal, they will offer you professional measuring guide for your reference.We are willing to modify the sizes of the clothing any time if any of the size is unsuitable after you received the clothing. You need to pay for the shipping fee but the alteration is FOR FREE.

Will my clothing be the exact color that is shown on the website?
There might be slight difference between the actual clothing’s color and what you see in the photos depending on your computer monitor’s display setting.

If I do not want the clothing, can I cancel the order ?
If you contact us within 36 hours after receiving your payment, 70% of the cost will be refunded into your account within 3 business days (e.g. your total order amount is £200, we will refund you £140)
If you contact us within 48 hours after we receive your payment, 50% of the cost will be refunded into your account within 3 business days (for example, your total order amount is £200, we will refund you £100)
If you contact us within 72 hours after we receive your payment, 30% of the cost will be refunded into your account within 3 business days (e.g. your total order amount is £200, we will refund you £60)

All orders CANNOT be cancelled 24 hours after your confirmation, as we have already arranged the production after receiving your confirmation. Therefore please check detailed info carefully like clothing item, size and other special requirements before you proceed to confirm.

 

About Customs Taxes

I understand that you are worrying about any possible extra expense for this item. According to past experience, it did not involve any extra expense at buyer side for similar small or low cost items, so the package will be marked as a gift or under $10. Please do not much worry.
However, in some individual cases, buyer might need to take some import taxes or customs charges in import countries. As to specific rates, please consult your local custom office. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. International delivery times may also vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country.
